  Make sure your insurance covers flooding. This storage facility has no gutters. With the plowed snow piles in front of your unit door and with the melting and refreezing of snow, water runoff from the roof just flows right in under the door. Our unit flooded and refroze. We had to use ice melt to get our items off the floor. Owner will not compensate for damages, and they claim that you cannot claim against their insurance (a decision for the insurer, not the owner). Your rental agreement will free the Lessor of all liability of damages, even if the damage is due to their negligence.
